What's the weather like?

I talk to people all over the world everyday. We all have a different perception of what is considered hot, cold, dry, wet etc. March is a funny month; some days it's warm and it starts to feel like winter is over and then other days it is freezing cold and a blizzard! At least that's how it is in my area of Canada. How would you describe March weather in your country?
